The Elematic Batching and Mixing plant S5-40 is a small, mobile and modular concrete mixing plant with a twin shaft mixer to produce up to 40 m3/h of high-quality concrete.
The Elematic Batching and Mixing plant S5-40 has a modular structure for easy erection, dismounting and transportation from site to site. Assembly and start-up of the plant is fast. The plant is designed as a main unit ready to be connected with other required components.
The plant S5-40 features an aggregates storage, the total capacity of which is 40 m3 with four aggregates, and a twin shaft mixer equipped with double horizontal axles. The capacity of the mixer is 2.0 m3. The skip weigher, the cement weigher and the water weigher are included. Cement silos are excluded.
The operator cabin, the electronic control board and the operation control system are located in the principal unit of the plant.
